How does your pricing work?
When you request a quote, you give us details and we give you a price—no fine print, no hidden fees. Just clear and concise pricing. Submit your request including desired product & artwork, we will give you a quote without any fluff that gets right to what matters: Your wallet.
When it comes to pricing your here are things to consider:
- Quantity
- Garment Style
- Size
- Color
- Ink Colors on Front/Back
- Printing Method: Heat Transfer Vinyl or Sublimation Ink
Tip: If you’re looking to save money, limiting your vinyl colors, increasing your order quantity, or selecting a different garment style may lower your cost pretty significantly.
When you use our Design Ap, the application will show you what the end cost.
How Quickly Can I Receive My Order?
If you need your gear fast, we’d love make it happen. We take a lot of pride in being able to provide fast turnaround times, we’ll do everything in our power to get the job done fast and of course you can choose expedited delivery. You can even pick up orders locally. If you don’t need your custom t-shirts fast, you can design and check out with standard delivery. From time to time we do offer promotional FREE shipping for delivery.
Where are you located? We are located in Roanoke, TX.
Can you ship outside the contiguous U.S.?
Not at this time but no matter where you are in the lower 48, we will ship to you. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, we can ship to you (additional shipping charges may apply). If you are using the Design Ap your order can be shipped worldwide.
Do you have a minimum order number?
No! We proudly work with everyone from single individuals and mom-and-pop shops, to companies, organizations and groups. We’re happy to help with any quantity.
Do you offer products made in the USA?
Yes! But we don’t stop there. We pride ourselves on offering a wide selection of quality, sustainable, organic, and even U.S. made goods.
If there’s a brand or garment you’re specifically looking for but don’t see on our website, don’t hesitate to drop us a line.
How does your sizing work?
Sizing varies from brand to brand and garment to garment, but roughly 80% of the products in our Design Ap run true to size. Be sure to check the detailed sizing charts can be viewed in the Design Ap.
How can I add custom names and numbers to my design?
We will work with you any design requests.
Can I print trademarked materials?
Absolutely not! We love to assist our customers, but knowingly printing trademarked materials is highly illegal. We love to assist but are not willing to time for you! Every customer is responsible for ensuring the originality of their design, and we accept zero liability for the printing of trademarked materials.
Can I select different styles/sizes of garments in the same order?
This is easily one of our most frequently asked questions, and the answer is: Yes, of course!
Do you currently have any promotions available?

Can I add multiple shirt colors to the same order?
Absolutely! With heat transfer vinyl choose multiple colors of shirts.
How many colors can be printed?
With sublimation ink we can print a million photo quality colors. Heat Transfer Vinyl we can be printed in multiple colors. Keep in mind colors do increase the price as well as the detail in your design. With sublimation ink we print on white polyester for color brilliance. We can use blends or light colors but will not be as brilliant as white.
How do you print your custom t-shirts and apparel?
Our shirts are sublimated printed, a photo quality process. We offer heat transfer vinyl like you would see on football jerseys and numerous other products. In the Design Ap, depending on the design chosen, it will be vinyl cut or Direct to Garment (DTG).
What is Sublimation printing?
Sublimation is the process of printing a special ink onto special transfer paper using a sublimation printing technique. Instead of traditional ink-jet transfers which print ink on top of the t-shirt, sublimation ink actually becomes a part of the fabric or substrate its printed on. Once the ink from the sublimation transfer paper is heat pressed onto the item you’re printing on, it opens up the pores of the fabric that you’re pressing onto. Once heat-set, the item will cool, the ink will turn back into solid form. The pores close permanently and encapsulate the ink within the polymer coating of product. To sum it up the ink turns from a solid to a gas and them back into a solid!
Things to keep in mind with sublimation:
- 100% polyester – has that bright vibrant look as every fiber of the shirt is able to accept the poly-ink. It is recommended for Photo Realistic End Products.
- 65% polyester, 35% viscose: The poly-viscose tee has a more vintage look—muted color and a super-soft hand feel.
- 50% polyester, 37.5% cotton, 12.5% rayon – Slub (A slightly twisted roll of fiber) had the most vintage look of the three poly-blends. Because slub is created by using uneven yarn (a process that gives it that textured look), you can see the white fabric of the non-poly yarns showing through the print. With the right design, this effect can be super cool and can add a lot of dimension to your print. It is NOT recommended for Photo Realistic End Products.

Can I upload my own artwork into the design studio?
If you have your own premade design and don’t want to utilize our design tools, you can upload it directly into the studio, size it the way you want, and proceed to check out! It’s as simple as taking the file and dragging it into the design studio window. The studio will automatically upload it, and the only thing you need to do is select from the Print Options on the left-hand menu.
Quick Tip: For the most realistic coloring and detail, select the “Full Color Printing.”
Can you ship my order to multiple recipients?
If you’re interested in placing an order but need shipping to multiple locations, contact us by email: info@mytshirts.net
Any free promotional shipping offers apply to one address per order. Any additional shipping locations will be an extra fee.
How can I be sure my design will be centered?
Each and every design that comes through our website gets reviewed by a real person and edited for quality, colors, and mistakes—including image centering. Your order won’t be printed without your approval of a final proof. You have final say on everything, and we won’t do anything without your expressed permission.

What is your return policy?
We want your experience with myTshirts.netto be worry free. If your order contained items that were printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, please contact us. We will assist to correct the issue. Understand any custom orders cannot be canceled once in production and returns are not accepted. Be sure to submit high resolution photos and artwork, correctly spelled words, names and accurate dates. We do send you a proof for your approval prior to production.
